This award will recognise the importance of enterprising young people to the local economy

Submissions are invited for a young business person, aged up to 30 years old, that can demonstrate the following:

  • ambition and  energy  
  • skill and vision 
  • tangible business success

This award is open both to young entrepreneurs that are enjoying success in building their own business, and to those employees that have had an outstanding impact in contributing to the success of a larger organisation in the private, public or charitable sectors.

The Knowledge Hub is the University of Bedfordshire's gateway to research and business development services. We offer business growth support including projects supported by the Government and encourage all local companies to take advantage of our services. We provide businesses with a one-stop shop service for enterprise, offering a range of support including Intellectual Property advice and business mentoring. We are committed to assisting fledgling businesses by providing free lectures such as the Basics of Building a Business series – offering young entrepreneurs the chance to learn essential business skills.
